Responsorial Psalm (79): God of Hosts bring us back; Let you face shine on us and we will be saved.

New Catholic Schools

In 2010 the then Government placed a faith-based admissions cap for new Catholic schools. In practice this meant that only 50% of Catholic applications could be admitted. The Government has since admitted this is discriminatory. Theresa May said this cap should be removed in 2016 and the Conservative manifesto promised to do so. Now there is a distinct possibility that the promise may be discarded. So all Catholics need to make our point. To do so write to your MP or visit

Parish Youth Council

If you are between 16-25, the next meeting 14th December, 19:30 in the Presbytery.

Fr John would like to invite anyone who will be alone on Christmas Day to join him for lunch at the presbytery 2pm. If you would like to do so could you please let Fr John or Jacquie know by 20th December.
